Snapstock keeps as little about you as possible. This page explains what stays on your device, what is sent to our server, and how to delete your account.

Your data

What you save in Snapstock, including photos, is stored on your iPhone, and the widget reads that same local store. We don't sync or back it up to our servers. Device backups, where enabled, follow your Apple settings.

Signing in with Apple or Google

Signing in lets our server authenticate requests and enforce the daily limit. The server stores your Apple or Google account identifier, the email address Apple provides (which may be a private relay address), an internal account identifier, when the account was created, and your daily usage count, in a Cloudflare D1 database. We don't send you marketing email.

The server also stores an encrypted Apple token so it can revoke your Apple sign-in when you delete your account; it is deleted with the account. The app keeps its session token in the device Keychain; the server keeps only a hash of it.

Requests sent to an AI provider

When you use a feature that needs the server, what you entered is sent to our server (a Cloudflare Worker), which forwards it to OpenRouter and the AI provider serving the configured model. The server doesn't save it in its database or logs. OpenRouter and its providers handle requests under their own policies.

Location

If you grant location access, describe here what the app does with it and what, if anything, leaves the device.

Operational logs

Our server runs on Cloudflare. Request logs record an internal user identifier, the model used, request duration, outcome and cost. They don't include your Apple token, email or what you entered.

Purchases

The unlock purchase is handled by Apple through StoreKit. We don't see or store your payment details, and deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple purchase.

Deleting your data

Use Delete account in the app's Settings to delete your server account, its usage counters, session and stored Apple token, and to revoke your Apple sign-in. Delete the app to remove its data from your phone.
